What's New At The Scirocco

bullet Scirocco Sales Figures So far the data is for the USA only. If you can find information for other countries, please pass it on to me. Thanks. (Still no new figures, if one of our European members can find some information from there, it would be nice.)

bullet Breaking Wind is my ramblings about myself and my cars. Some of you have asked for more info about me and my Scirocco experiances. Hope you like it. So far the response has been favourable. Thanks.

bullet NEW Currently one of our most popular pages, the Scirocco Owners/Enthusiasts on the 'net is continually being upgraded. There are now three pages, the World and USA (A-M and N-W). It should lessen load times. Send your info if you have not already done so.

bullet The Club Page continues to updated. (We will list any VW related club. If you are a member, or know of one in your area, tell us.)

bullet As requested, all photos (except some of the Doug Teulies Scans are now in jpg format (while this makes the file sizes larger, quality is improved).

bullet NEW The Photos pages have been updated. The New format is seperate pages for Scirocco I, II 8V and Scirocco II 16V.
Please note: We will only feature original photos. I constantly receive E-mails asking me to post a picture of a car from their own or someone else's site. While some of these cars are stunning, I want The Scirocco to be original. In the future, if time allows there may be a thumbnail page of other site's pictures. If you want your original photo of your car to appear in the enthusiast's section, let us know where we can ftp them. Or send an E-mail advising that you are interested in sending a photo.

Please do not send unsolicited files, as it causes my E-mail to crash.

bullet The Links page has been updated as well. If you know of a site that would be of interest to fellow Scirocco enthusiasts, please pass it on. If you find an outdated or broken link, let me know. Thanks

bullet We have received many requests for the Scirocco Stories page. Unless someone sends something in, I will be forced to post the history of Arctic Wind :-) Too late, I did.

bullet NEW The Help page has been updated to include suggestions and so therefore will be called Help and Suggestions. It too has been broken in to two pages to spped download times.

bullet The Scirocco Bulletin Board is there for your comments and things to pass on. Please remember that we do not accept or condone profanity.

bullet Arctic Wind has its own series of pages with a full story, specs and photos.

As always, these pages are for all you, the Scirocco Enthusiast. We need your continued help to make this site the definitive source for the Scirocco.
